Certificate of attendance

At the end of the Forum, participants will receive their certificate by e-mail. The Forum workshops are recognised as further training for OHS officers (“salaries désignés”). An application will also be submitted for the recognition of the workshops as additional training for health and safety coordinators on temporary or mobile construction sites (“coordinateurs de sécurité et de santé sur les chantiers temporaires ou mobiles”).

The OHS Forum is organised in a responsible and certified manner. We are committed to the following principles:

– Mainly digital communication

We will be giving priority to digital communication (invitations, programmes, signs) to significantly reduce the ecological impact of paper printing.

– Digital directional signs or reused materials

Directional signs will be either digital or made from materials reused from previous editions, to avoid the production of new materials.

– Furniture hire

We are opting to hire furniture rather than buy it, in order to limit the production of new furniture and encourage reuse.

– Local and organic catering

We will be offering a catering service based on local, seasonal and organic products.

– Use of reusable dishes

All dishes used will be non-disposable, washable and reusable, to avoid the massive production of plastic waste.

– No single-use packaging

We will be banning the use of single-use drinks packaging in favour of reusable or returnable containers.

– Selective sorting of waste

Collection points will be set up to ensure rigorous sorting of waste and encourage recycling.
