The workshop focuses on the (tertiary) prevention of musculoskeletal disorders, particularly back and lumbar disorders. The aim is to help employees with lower back pain remain in employment and\/or return to work.<br>Lower back pain is a real public health problem with a significant economic and social impact (back pain accounts for 33% of health problems at work in Europe). Supporting people with lower back pain is therefore a matter of social and economic sustainability, with the aim of preserving the physical health of employees in order to prevent them from becoming excluded from the labour market. Dedicated to load handling, the \u2018Liewen a schaffen mat sengem R\u00e9ck\u2019 training course provides each participant with a toolkit to help them manage their lower back pain on a daily basis,
