The Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Forum will be held on 25 March 2026 at LuxExpo The Box (Luxembourg-Kirchberg). This is the leading event in Luxembourg devoted to safety, health and well-being at work, bringing together every year a large number of professionals, institutions and companies involved in risk prevention and improving working conditions.
Highlights of this year’s Occupational Health and Safety Forum
- More than 100 exhibitor stands showcasing the latest innovations in occupational health and safety, organised by theme
- New for 2026: a new category dedicated to road safety
- Launch of ‘Premium Packages’ to further enhance exhibitors’ presence (see details below)
- Extension of the scope to the Greater Region
- Three conference rooms will host workshops at the same time throughout the day
- Around 1,500 visitors expected.
- Award ceremony of the Occupational Health and Safety Award 2026, in the presence of the relevant ministers
Who can exhibit?
Only structures active in the fields of safety, health or well-being at work (companies, organisations, institutions) can be accepted as exhibitors.
Any application from a sector outside this field will unfortunately not be accepted.

We had to close registrations before the deadline because the maximum capacity for exhibitor spaces has been reached.
However, you can register on a waiting list in case of cancellations.
In this case, please send an email with your company name, what you would like to present at your stand, and the type of stand (basic stand (free) or Premium Package (Gold, Silver, Bronze)).

Basic stand
(provided free of charge)
Each exhibitor will be provided with a standard stand (3x3m) , free of charge, comprising:
- 1 counter (180 × 70 cm, height 108 cm)
- 2 stools
- 1 rigid partition at the back of the stand (height 2.50 m)
- 1 electrical socket 220V
- Free access to LuxExpo Wi-Fi
- Priority access to the catering area for exhibitors
Additional payable options

- 55-inch LCD screen (on stand, with speakers): €350 excluding VAT

FAQ
What is the difference between the conference and exhibition formats?
The OHS Forum is held every year, alternating between a conference format and an exhibition format.
- In even-numbered years, the OHS Forum is held in an exhibition format at LuxExpo The Box and attracts around 1,500 visitors. Around a 100 exhibitors present innovative solutions and products in the field of health and safety at work. The Forum is enhanced by around 20 workshops organised throughout the day. In addition, the winners of the Occupational Health and Safety Award 2026 will be awarded during the exhibition OHS Forum for their projects to improve health and safety or well-being at work.
- In odd-numbered years, the OHS Forum is held at the Chamber of Commerce in the form of a conference on a specific theme. Around 300 people attend this one-day event. National and international speakers share their expertise in occupational health and safety and present concrete examples of good practice.
Why exhibit at the OHS Forum?
The OHS Forum is a key event in the Greater Region for safety, health and well-being at work, bringing together every year a large number of professionals, institutions and companies involved in risk prevention and improving working conditions. It is a unique opportunity to connect with other players in the field. The OHS Forum, held at LuxExpo The Box, attracts around 1,500 visitors, with around a 100 exhibitors presenting innovative solutions and products in the field of occupational health and safety, and around 20 workshops are organised throughout the day.
Access and setup
When will the setup take place?
Two time slots are available:
📅 Tuesday, 24 March 2026
🕒 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
We strongly recommend that you set up the day before.
Delivery on the day of the event (25 March) is only possible between:
🕒 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 a.m.
⚠ After 7:30 a.m., the car park must be vacated for the organisers and speakers.
Is the Carpass mandatory for setup and dismantling?
Yes.
A digital Carpass will be sent to you a few days before the Forum.
It must be:
- completed
- printed
- presented to the attendants at the entrance to Car Park A
⚠ Without a Carpass, access to Car Park A cannot be guaranteed.
When will the plan and locations be announced?
The final plan will be published on the official website a few days before the event.
Your stand number will be listed there.
We have done our best to respect the wishes expressed during registration.
What are the rules for attaching items to stands?
PARTITIONS – FIXING RULES
If you wish to fix items to the partitions of your stand, please follow these instructions:

⚠ Any damage to the partitions will be charged.
When will the dismantling take place?
Two time slots are availabe:
- 📅 25 March 2026: 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- 📅 26 March 2026: 7:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
⚠ Access to the hall via Car Park A before 6:00 p.m. on 25 March is not guaranteed.
The Carpass will also be required for the dismanteling.
Is there a parking for exhibitors?
- 1 parking space per stand
- The car parks to be used are Car Park A and Car Park C
A few days before the event, you will receive:
- Parking information
- A unique QR code
The QR code will indicate your allocated car park (A or C) and must be presented and scanned at the entrance.
Please have it ready in advance to avoid queues.
⚠ Additional vehicles:
They must use the visitor car park (paid parking).
We encourage carpooling.
Where is the access point?
All deliveries must be made via the North Entrance.
You will be directed to Car Park A for temporary unloading.
Can I store equipment?
STORAGE and RESPONSIBILITY
- All equipment must be stored on your stand.
- A few boxes can be stored under the counter provided.
- There is no central storage space.
- The stands are not monitored or guarded.
You are responsible for:
- your personal equipment
- rented equipment
We advise you not to leave any valuables unattended.
What is my responsibility?
TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITY
Your basic stand (including furniture + options ordered) will be set up before you arrive.
You may bring additional equipment.
However:
- No specific technical installation will be provided by the organisation (except for options ordered).
- You are responsible for the installation, assembly and proper functioning of your equipment.
- You are responsible for rented and personal equipment.

Participation and registration
How do I register as a host for an exhibition stand?
Via the link sent by our registration platform.
When is the deadline for registering as a host?
Registration remains open until the day of the Forum included.
Is it mandatory for the hosts to be present at their exhibition stand?
MANDATORY PRESENCE
At least one person must be present at the stand throughout the duration of the Forum.
🕒 Official end time: 6:00 p.m.
⚠ No early closures will be tolerated.
Exhibitors who do not comply with this requirement may not be accepted for future editions.
Can I participate in the workshops as an exhibition stand host?
You can participate in workshops throughout the day with your badge. A certificate of participation will be sent to you at the end of the workshop.
However, we ask that you ensure that your stand remains open and staffed by a member of your team at all times during the day.
How many hosts for an exhibition stand can register?
There is no limit to the number of registrations.
What are the opening hours of the OHS Forum?
Opening hours are from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Are there catering services for exhibitors?
A takeaway food area is available (sandwiches, wraps, quick options).

What should I do if I want to offer special activities or a demonstration outside my exhibitor stand?
If you would like to offer an educational activity, please send your request and a description of the activity, including any photos and the dimensions of the activity, to prevention.aaa@secu.lu.
The choice of educational activities will be made on the basis of all applications, the educational nature of the events and the availability of space.
Exhibitors will be contacted following their request to clarify the arrangements.
Can the category for the exhibition stand selected at the time of registration be changed?
Yes, the organisers of the OHS Forum reserve the right to change the category selected by exhibitors if they consider that another category is more appropriate.
Is the exhibition stand free?
Yes, the basic stand is free of charge. There are paying options, such as additional materials and 3 levels of premium packages (see the FAQ section ‘Packages and furniture’).
Who can participate as an exhibitor?
All companies involved in occupational health and safety are welcome. Registration is compulsory to participate as an exhibitor.
How do I register as an exhibitor? How will I know if my application as an exhibitor has been accepted?

Packages and furnitures
What are the additional paying options (excluding Premium Packages)?
New for 2026: What are the different Premium Packages for exhibitors?
Exhibitors can subscribe to 3 Premium Packages: Gold Package, Silver Package and Bronze Package.
Please note: The number of Premium Packages is limited. Allocation is made on a first-paid, first-served basis.
How do I order a Premium Package or additional options?
Exhibitors can order a Premium Package on the registration form. If the exhibitor wishes to order additional paid options, he may contact the event agency Lemon directly.
All paid orders will then be invoiced by Lemon Event Support. Exhibitors are requested to pay the invoice as soon as possible. Payment will serve as final confirmation of the order. If payment is not received, the order will not be processed.

What are my responsibilities in the context of a green business event?
The Forum is part of a Green Business Event initiative.
We ask all exhibitors to adhere to the following principles:
